Tracking notice

Draft for Angrove (brief B4)

No advertising cookies. No ad trackers. This site does not load any advertising or analytics code, and it sets no cookie to follow you around the web.

What is measured.

• The quote form and the service form record what you type, the time you sent it, and whether you ticked the consent box, because we need those to quote your job and to prove your consent.
• The site may keep one small setting in your browser to remember a choice you made on the page, such as a form you started. It identifies nothing about you.
• Cloudflare, our hosting service, keeps standard server logs, which include the address your connection uses and the pages requested, for security.
• We use Google Search Console, a free tool that shows us how the site appears in Google search results. It sets no cookie on your browser.
• Links in our texts and emails go through clearspout.ca. For the review link, we record whether it was opened, so we know whether to send a reminder.

When we run Google ads. We run none today. When our Google Search ads start, the quote form also stores, with your request, the click code Google adds to the link you arrived by, and once a week we tell Google which of those codes became a quote and which became a job, so we stop paying for ads that don't work. No Google code runs on this site and no cookie is set. No other tracker goes on this site at launch, and we never send Google or Meta your name, phone number or email unless you tick a box that says so in plain words.

If this changes, for example if we run advertising that needs a tracker, this page changes first and says exactly what was added.
