These are the plain terms behind a ClearSpout job. Your signed installation agreement is the contract; where it and this page differ, the agreement governs.

A quote is a fixed price, not an estimate, and it is good for 30 days from the day it is sent. After that, ask and I'll re-measure.

One price for every way of paying. e-Transfer, card or cheque, at the same price.

Deposit and balance. 30% of the total when you sign; the balance on the day the work and the walkthrough are done. If your deposit is a cheque, we book your install once it clears.

Ten days to cancel. A contract signed at your home can be cancelled for any reason for 10 days after you receive your signed copy. Your agreement carries the full statement of that right. If you cancel inside the 10 days, your deposit is refunded in full within 15 days.

Starting sooner. Work inside the 10 days happens only on your signed written request, which your agreement includes.

Changes. Any change to the work is priced in writing and accepted by you before it is done.

Warranty. The Alu-Rex product warranty, the Crestwell Exteriors 2-year workmanship warranty and the ClearSpout 12-month Drain Guarantee, as set out on the warranty page and in your certificate.

ClearSpout Care is a one-year plan that renews only when you accept a written renewal offer. It never renews by itself. Each renewal carries a fresh 10-day right to cancel.

Disputes. Talk to me first. Nothing here requires arbitration; you keep every right Ontario law gives you.
