Something not right? Tell me.

Text or call phone number to come, or use the form below, which is also at clearspout.ca/service. A text comes back at once, and I get back to you service reply time to come. If water is coming inside right now, call phone number to come and say so.

What the visit costs, said before we book

Before any visit is booked, I tell you which of these applies, so there's no surprise on the day. A visit you pay for is $225 plus HST, or $125 plus HST if you're on ClearSpout Care. It's the same price wherever you are in Niagara, and the same price if a call about a blockage turns out to be ice.

Inside the first 12 months of your install, not on Care. A blockage, or a problem with our work, is free to fix. If it's something else, like ice or storm damage, the visit is $225 plus HST and any repair is quoted first. I'll tell you which it is before any work.

ClearSpout Care member. A visit for a blockage is included, and so is a problem with our work in its first 2 years. If it turns out to be something else, like ice or storm damage, your member rate for the visit is $125 plus HST, and any repair is quoted first.

Second year, not on Care. A service visit is $225 plus HST. If the cause is our workmanship, which is covered for 2 years from your install, there's no charge. You get a photo either way.

Third year or later, not on Care. A service visit is $225 plus HST, and you get a photo of what we find either way. If the Alu-Rex product warranty applies, we'll pass the claim to them for you.

Coverage never includes ice, storms, damage that was there before we installed, or work by anyone else. Whatever we find, you get a photo of it and a written note the same day.

Is water coming inside right now?

A text comes back at once. If you said water is coming inside, call phone number to come as well.

Look up your warranty

The lookup lives at clearspout.ca/existing-customers, which is the address printed on your certificate. Enter the certificate number from your warranty certificate. You'll see the product installed, your install date, when your workmanship cover and Drain Guarantee run to, and whether you're on Care.

Can't find your certificate number? It is at the top of your warranty certificate and again in the line along its foot. The same number is on your photo report, and in the email that brought the report to you. It starts with WC, then the year, then a number, like WC-2026-0001. If you still can't find it, text or call phone number to come with the name on your agreement, and the service form above works without it.

Sold the house, or just bought one with ClearSpout guards? Email hello@clearspout.ca with the address and the certificate number, and we'll register the remaining warranty in the new owner's name.

Your guards' first fall

If we installed in the spring and you are on Care, your first Care visit is booked for after the leaves have come down. Everyone else gets one text from me in late October: take a look from the ground next time it rains hard, and send me a photo if water spills over anywhere. In your first 12 months, a blockage or a problem with our work is free to fix.

How ClearSpout Care renews

It never renews by itself. About 30 days before your plan ends, I send you a renewal offer with everything in it, including your cancellation rights. To renew, accept at the link; a text reply can't renew it. If you don't, nothing is charged and the plan simply ends. Each renewal comes with a fresh 10-day right to cancel for a full refund.

Not on Care and want to be? Text or call, and I'll send you the plan in writing.
